 About Judith Monteferrante
Judith Monteferrante was born in New York and has been successful as a cardiologist in Westchester (now retired) as well as a fine art photographer.
She completed a Masters Degree in Photographic Studies at the School of Visual Arts in New York City in 2009. Judith exhibits in juried shows in NY, CT and MA and is a member of many professional societies including the Salmagundi Club in NYC and the Copley Society of Art in Boston, for which she serves on the Board. She has won numerous awards, has gallery representation in Gloucester, MA and Northern Westchester, NY and her work is in many private and corporate collections. Her main focus is on fine art portraits, mature female nudes and landscape or seascapes. She also travels frequently to Africa where she explores the wildlife.
